Typically, because it is not Open Enrollment you would be unable to enroll into a Medical Insurance plan unless you have a Qualifying Event. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the good news is, a Special Election Period – Qualifying Event has been opened allowing you to enroll into a Medical Insurance plan.
